Chong Sheng

Wang Shi Hui focuses on creating artworks with fiber media and the papermaking craft of weeds. In her creations, she selects stems and skins from the miscellaneous scenes of life, reconstructing the flat image of flowers and grass, treating each strand and vein with delicate craftsmanship.

In this exhibition, Wang Shihui's series of works on weeds and wildflowers are juxtaposed with the stains in harmone's old house space. Through the language of aesthetics, she brings out the murmurs of life related to wilderness, between rebirth and regeneration, and between gazing and overlooking.
