Shipping
Normally the products ordered will be dispatched for delivery within 5-7 working days.
Once the payment has been completed, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provided.The tracking number of the parcel will be provided via email when the order has been dispatched.
When the goods are for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the parcel arrives in your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; and any requirements for import permit documents must be arranged by you. harmone has no control over these charges and requirements; and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you are recommended to contact your local customs office for further information in case of any queries.
Please note that when ordering from harmone, you are considered as an importer and must comply with all laws and regulations; and are responsible for any additional charges and import documents of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Delivery might be delayed or unsuccessful due to incorrect shipping information provided by customers. If the parcel is returned to harmone because of delivery rejection or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, we will collect the postage (both outbound and returning) and handling fee (7% of the total amount of the order). The balance will be refunded to the customer. In this case, the order is considered as completed. Please place a new order if you would like to continue the purchase.
You can cancel your order only before the order is dispatched. There will be a 7% handling charge for order cancellation.
Delivery might be suspended or delayed due to any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, such as wars, protests, terrorist attacks or natural disasters including but not limited to typhoons, hurricanes, flood, fire and insect disasters.
Refund and exchange
Please ensure the order quantity is correct before placing an order and shipping information submitted is clear and valid, including shipping address, e-mail, name of the receiver and contact number. harmone shall have no liability to refund or reship for any loss of parcels arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Force majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any damage or defect to goods delivered caused by or resulting from acts of war, riot, flood, fire, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, or any other causes beyond our control.
We will not be liable to refund or exchange if the goods are damaged by misuse or accidents after receiving by the customer.
If you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be seriously faulty, please keep the receipt of purchase and record the condition of the goods, packaging of the parcel and packaging of the products immediately by photos or videos; and then send these information to enbe’s mailbox within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods to request for refund or exchange. We will follow up your request as soon as possible.

harmone reserves absolute right to unilaterally modify any terms above or any other terms related to goods without any prior notice. When you use harmone’s online shopping service, you agree to these terms and any possible changes of terms made by harmone anytime.
Orders will be shipped via post office. Your rights in the shipping and delivery of goods are subject to the terms and conditions of these companies. You could request for reading the terms and conditions of these parties. When you place an order at harmone online shop, you agree to all arrangements and consequences that enbe entrusts post office to handle all shipping and delivery issues for you. harmone shall not be liable to you for any actions of misconduct made by these companies.
